The Stars Align Wrongly — Oracle Elissir's Final Warning

The following is a transcription of Oracle Elissir's vision-state on the night of the Winter Convergence, as witnessed and recorded by seven senior members of the Order of the Silver Moon. The Oracle was in trance for fourteen hours — the longest recorded vision in the Order's history.

Transcription begins:

"The stars... they are not where they should be. Someone has moved the sky. No — the sky has moved itself. It remembers a pattern from before, from the first night, from the night before the Gate was sealed..."

(A pause of seventeen minutes. The Oracle's tears crystallized into three Moon Sigils, which were collected immediately.)

"Seven threads. Seven threads hold the world together. One is gold — the throne. One is silver — the grove. One is flame — the crown that burns. One is shadow — the gate. One is starlight — the seeing. One is iron — the lost knight. One is blue — the road not yet walked."

(The Oracle's voice changed, becoming deeper and older, as if speaking with a voice not her own.)

"When the seven gather — not by choice, never by choice, but by the gravity of what must be — the Gate will ask its question for the final time. And the answer... the answer will be given by the one who remembers what everyone else has forgotten."

(Another pause. All candles in the chamber extinguished simultaneously, then re-lit with silver flame.)

"I am sorry. I am so sorry. I have seen what is behind the Gate, and it is not a monster. It is not a god. It is a mirror. And we will not like what it shows us."

Transcription ends.

The three Moon Sigils produced during this vision remain undecoded. Preliminary analysis suggests they are connected, forming a single prophecy of unprecedented complexity. Archon Serevyn has classified them at the highest security level and restricted access to himself and two senior seers.

The Oracle has not spoken since.
